After several successful nights at Affaire with our virgin party series “Risky Business” the executive decision has been made to bring on some guest Djs. What does that mean for our fans? Exposure to artists you would have never known about! What does that mean for the new DJs? It means opportunity to reach out beyond their local fan base and show their skills in NYC!

We will be showcasing new talent this time to expose you to the sounds of different DJs. If you are worried that the new guys might be not up your alley, put those worries aside because UNDRGRND SOUND never sacrifices quality for quantity!!! Although we are hoping to break 100+ attendance this time and we have received the Large ROOM for throwing this next party!!!

TOXIK

I play a mainly electro house with some progressive and occasional tech house in the mix. I love this, and really nothing makes me happier then rocking a crowd, and it’s really why I do this…EDM is in my heart now and I can’t even listen to hip-hop like that anymore. I grew up around that late 80′s early 90′s house music with a little slower BPM than todays house music but i guess you can say it’s been with me since the beginning.

Purple
Purple was born in Moscow, Russia, then moved to New York City, and is ready to take over the world. I’ve always had a knack for music and always had a very broad taste in music. The good ear and hearing ability keeps me going to find sounds that will please any audience. Though I’ve been DJing for only a little more than a year, my sounds have graced NYC venues such as Santos Party House, Hudson Terrace, Le Poisson Rouge, Empire Rooftop, and La Vie. I love doing live mashups and crossing genres to find the perfect match between multiple tracks and the audience.
Some of my influences are Oscar G, Chus & Ceballos, Erick Morillo, Dirty South, and A-Trak.
I’m currently working on mashups, original productions, and remixes.
