Beginning in 1998, Kelly van Soest and Telly Luyks came together to form Evil Activities, one of the top names in hardcore electronica. Unfortunately, Telly left the group and now Kelly continues to pioneer his unique sound around the globe. He’s release three studio albums to date on Neophyte Records: Dedicated, Evilution and Extreme Audio. The latter is also the name of his monthly podcast which features all the coolest hardcore and hard EDM tracks that are recently released from popular artists and uprising talent. The podcast is regularly aired on Q-dance radio but, can also be downloaded soon after the broadcast.
These days Evil Activities can be seen headlining all the major hard dance festivals such as Defqon.1, Qlimax, Dominator, Masters of Hardcore and many others. In 2010, he was joined by MC E-Life and now the two perform at said festivals and beyond. He made his debut in the United States fairly recently at the Q-dance curated stage at Mysteryland in Woodstock, NY. Hardcore fans were more than pleased with his energetic and intense performance. Next month he will be heading to the West coast for the third edition of The Sound of Q-dance LA. Considering he is the only hardcore artist on the lineup there is no doubt that he will crank it up to top speed and bring down the house!
Tickets can still be purchased but act fast because they will surely sell out soon: http://bit.ly/1sQUSh3
